Fees and Inclusions

All participants are required to officially register to attend the Meeting. Please read the following information, along with the registration terms and conditions (found here) carefully before registering. 

Please note Meeting fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% goods and services tax (GST).

Registration Fees

The below times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time / UTC+10

Unsure of which rate applies to you? Refer to this document for guidance. 

Student rates apply to fulltime students. Verification of student status can be uploaded via the online registration form at the time of registering, or can be emailed to vom2024@wsm.com.au. 

Interested in group registrations? Discounted rates may be available for organisations registering 5+ staff from the same office/location. Contact the Meeting Office for more information. 

Registration Entitlements

Academic/Not-for-Profit and Industry registration includes: 

• Access to Meeting sessions
• Access to the exhibition
• Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea from Tuesday-Thursday, and morning tea and lunch on Friday 
• Access to the Meeting app 
• One ticket to the Welcome Reception
• One ticket to the Networking Dinner

Student registration includes: 

• Access to Meeting sessions
• Access to the exhibition
• Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea from Tuesday-Thursday, and morning tea and lunch on Friday
• Access to the Meeting app 
• One ticket to the Welcome Reception
• One ticket to the Early Career Researchers Function

Day registration includes: 

• Access to Meeting sessions on the day of registration only
• Access to the exhibition on the day of registration only
• Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on the day of registration only (morning tea and lunch only on Friday 19 July)
• Access to the Meeting app
