Scientific Program

The Committee is in the process of creating a captivating and engaging program for the Meeting. 

The VoM 2024 Meeting will be a five-day scientific conference that will represent the broad diversity of the viruses of microbes’ research field. This will include dedicated symposium sessions on the use and application of phage therapy, applications in the fields of agricultural, environmental, and veterinary biotechnology, virus ecology and evolution, bioinformatics and AI, and synthetic biology to name a few. Our program will be further supported by dedicated poster sessions held each day within our exhibition floorspace, and a social program that will highlight the best that Cairns has to offer. 

A call for abstracts will open in November 2023 and we invite submissions from all over the globe.
